By creating a juara288 account, accessing the platform, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them unconditionally. • You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the juara288 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different identity details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. juara288 accepts deposits via a range of payment methods currently available to Malaysian users, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow, FPX, bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank), and cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20). juara288 makes no warranty that the platform will operate without interruption, error, or defect. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may cause temporary service unavailability. juara288 will use reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and communicate planned maintenance in advance.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". juara288 expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including without limitation any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

juara288 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period when requested.
• Receipt of a chargeback, disputed transaction, or reversal from a payment provider in connection with the Account.
• Self-exclusion request submitted by the Account holder.
• juara288's determination, in its absolute discretion, that continued operation of the Account presents a compliance, legal, or reputational risk.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting support via live chat or email. Upon closure, any verified Real-Money Balance will be returned to the Account holder's registered payment method, subject to completed KYC and the absence of any outstanding dispute or investigation. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure.
